Can I make a return?
You can return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for a refund of said item. If you want a change in size, color or alternative items, you will have to place a new order.
If you wish to return bath linen, it must arrive unused and with the label.
We try to accept all returns and do not have to be in your original box or bag, as long as they are packaged securely. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an inappropriate condition, we would have to send it back.
You can return any work of art within 14 calendar days after receipt of it. You must notify us by e-mail to email@example.com providing the details of the order of the work and the reasons why you want to return it.
The amount of said article will be reimbursed once we receive the work in our offices and check the status of the same.
Important: DustandSoul will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused by transportation due to incorrect packaging by the customer and will be your responsibility.
What should I do if an incorrect item arrives or I did not order it?
If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact our Customer Service department.
What happens if any item in my order arrives damaged?
Dustandsoul only sells items in perfect condition, so if you exceptionally receive a garment with a production defect, please contact our customer service department. If possible, we will replenish it as soon as possible without any cost. To solve this, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form.
Can I have my money back?
Once we have accepted the return, the full amount will be refunded, except for the courier cost.
Any refund will be automatically made to the payment method used to place the order. It may take 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
I have received a damaged work, what can I do?
If you have received a work with any type of damage, please contact us within 24-48 h after the reception of the work. After 24 – 48 hours, no claims will be accepted.
If the order is a gift, Can I ask for a gift ticket in case the person wants to change or return the purchased item?
Yes, when placing the order you must add a comment indicating that you want a gift ticket to be included in the order.
